RF Engineering/Design

Preliminary RF forms will be provided with the following information: Structure owner, address, type of site, coordinates, zoning outlook, lease expectations, RF ranking, and comments to help you make the right decisions on how to move forward.

Site Acquisition

The task of leasing and zoning targeted sites is a challenging yet vital component in network deployment and expansion. NewCore Wireless has a site acquisition team that can meet your fast paced deployment schedule to build out a wireless network. We will also provide you with a detailed Site Candidate Identification Package that includes all co-location opportunities and zoning requirements for each site.

Our experienced team will negotiate a favorable lease on your behalf, attend all required zoning meetings and even complete all required forms so you can have the building permit in your hands…quickly and easily.

NewCore Wireless will complete all due diligence required to get your equipment on the site including: Structural Analysis, Site Survey, Phase I, NEPA, SHPO, THPO, FAA Filing, FCC Filing, AM Study and Intermodal Study.

Project Management

We have effective databases, excellent project tracking tools, and in-depth experience in deploying sites and networks.
