Wireless Communications Venture is a Minnesota based company that holds both 1900 and 700 MHz spectrum in Minnesota. WCV is owned by two successful operating telecommunications' companies that have built their businesses through operational excellence and outstanding customer service. Both companies continue that tradition today and have served their customers for over 50 years. Founded in the 1990's, WCV focuses on making strategic long-term investments in wireless telecommunications. WCV previously invested in the build and operation of Northern PCS, a Sprint affiliate, which was acquired by Sprint Nextel Corporation. They currently own investments in several other companies in the wireless telecommunications industry.
Core Wireless Holdings, LLC is made up of four principles that collectively have over 60 years of wireless experience covering all areas of the wireless business including Network Operations, Retail Operations, Sales and Marketing, Finance and Site Acquisition and Construction with Tier 1 carriers. Their experience, out-of-the-box thinking and involvement make them well respected by their peers within the industry.
Anee Investments, LLC is a consortium of eight (8) Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers in Iowa and Wisconsin who operate both 2G and 3G wireless networks in Iowa, Michigan and Wisconsin. The member companies are progressive telecommunications entities who have embraced the opportunity to provide advanced, competitive telecommunications services both inside and outside of their traditional land line service territories. Anee Investments, LLC was formed for the purpose of leveraging collective knowledge and assets that will allow its members to remain competitive and independent in the wireless communications industry.
