2017 NewCore Wireless/Central LTE Users Group a Great Success
We hosted our annual NewCore Wireless/Central LTE Users Group Meeting on March 29 and 30, 2017 at the Holiday Inn St. Cloud. We had nearly 50 people gather for two days to hear updates on regulatory and network issues, discuss strategies, attend vendor presentations, and, of course, to meet and network with other NCW/CLH customers.
After a warm welcome and overview talk from Albert Kangas, COO and GM of NewCore Wireless, Roger Schmitz, CFO, kicked off the meeting with a regulatory update. Paul Vershure, Executive Director of Site Development & Construction Services, followed with a discussion on drone aerial inspections. Very educational and cool. Click here to read more. Day 1 discussions concluded with NewCore Wireless’ Mark Lutgen and Mike Masog talking about network design, connectivity and redundancy.
Following a tour of the NewCore switch in downtown St. Cloud, all attendees enjoyed a dinner poolside at the Holiday Inn, where all socialized in a relaxed atmosphere. Live blues music followed.
Day 2 of the event was filled with talks, discussions and presentations led by representatives from Cirrus Core, Interop Technologies, Trilogy LTE, 7Sigma Systems, Airspan, BEC Technologies, Altiostar and Ericsson, 3TEN8.AI and Telsasoft.
The meeting was also an opportunity for us at NewCore Wireless to connect more closely with our customers/clients and to learn about their goals for 2017++.We thank the attendees and vendors for participating. And we look forward to seeing everyone again at the next user group meeting in 2018!
